I was an only child so…my Mom obviously never did. My maternal grandmother however constantly called me by my mom’s sister’s name. Which SUCKED because my mom’s sister is a shameful horrible waste of oxygen.

My Mother has called me my sister’s name before but she calls me by my niece’s name more often than not. I have a problem with calling my gramma mom when I’m talking to my mom, because she always refers to her as mom.

My dad looked straight at me and called me my brother’s name.  I just said “Nope” and walked away.  He’s also run through all of the immediate family, including the pets, before getting to my name.

My mum goes through the list until she gets it right… Jon, Michael, Joshua until she may eventually get to my name… Danielle. I AM THE ONLY GIRL MOTHER, IT CAN’T BE THAT HARD. xD
